Feisty 7.04 on Dell D620 Gotchas...
Various problems getting it all working.. Needless to say.
1) Get Envy 0.9.3 this will take care of your nvidia drivers
2) Run a bit depth of 24 (By default, in the screen section of xorg.conf)
3) Backup and rename the file sudo /usr/share/hal/fdi/policy/10osvendor/10-storage-policy.fdi to be able to unplug USB mass storage devices (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-mount/+bug/99538)
4) In the BIOS make sure you are using USB 2.0 only, using the 1.1 as well will not allow Ubuntu to detect USB mass storage devices.
